Osbourne Majuru
Osbourne Majuru was appointed to the TA Holdings Limited board on 1 January 2004. His career with TA Holdings commenced in July 2002 when he joined as Special Assistant to the Executive Chairman. He was subsequently elevated to the position of Executive Director - Operations. In June 2004, Mr Majuru was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Cresta Hospitality Holdings and relocated to the Johannesburg office. Prior to joining TA, Mr Majuru was Finance Director for Ashanti Goldfields International Treasury office in the Isle of Man. He also worked for Ashanti Goldfields as Finance Director in Zimbabwe and the Geita Project in Tanzania.
Mr Majuru holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) degree from the University of Zimbabwe and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe).
