Pridemore Masamba
Pridemore Masamba joined TA Holdings in January 2007. Prior to that he had been in private legal practice since 1994. Pride joins us from Dube Manikai & Hwacha, a leading solution provider for corporate and commercial services in Zimbabwe and the Region. He was a Partner in that firm’s Commercial & Financial Services Group for six years.
Whilst in practice, Pride's areas of special interest were commercial and corporate law, banking and financial services, tax law and arbitration. He was involved in some notable corporate transactions including listings and de-listings, mergers and de-mergers, private placements, rights offers and balance sheet restructurings, including debt-equity conversions and other transactions involving the raising, structuring or re-structuring of capital by corporates. He also has extensive experience in trade and structured finance transactions including offshore pre- & post-shipment finance. Pride was also involved in some significant arbitrations and high-level commercial litigation. He is a full member of the Royal Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Pride believes that teamwork, focus and drive are the key elements in delivering value to the Group’s stakeholders. Pride is a keen amateur golfer, and enjoys reading and the outdoors.
